The Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization announced the introduction of two new categories of deferments in the "Reserve+" application in May. These updates will cater to citizens with temporary incapacity as well as those whose spouses serve in the military and have children under 18.

First, for individuals with temporary incapacity for a period of 6 to 12 months.
Second, for citizens whose spouses are serving in the army and who have children under 18."
Details: According to Chernogorenko, about one-third of all deferments in the country are processed through "Reserve+".
She added that there are approximately 4 million users of the application overall.
