On April 29, an important lecture titled «The Impact of War on Mental Health: New Challenges for Society» was held at the Odessa National Scientific Library featuring Antonina Bruss, a member of the Ukrainian Association of Psychotherapy.

This event was part of the «Mental Health: The Library as Support» program, organized in collaboration with the Mental Health Coordination Center of Ukraine.

Students from the Odessa State University of Internal Affairs attended the lecture, engaging in discussions about the psychological changes experienced by Ukrainians during the prolonged war.

Antonina Bruss emphasized that war is not only a physical conflict but also a profound emotional and mental struggle affecting everyone.

The event raised awareness about the mental consequences of war and provided practical tools for maintaining psychological balance.
