Tatiana Kiriyenko's Visit to Odesa: Support for IDPs and Affected Citizens

On November 27, 2025, Tatiana Kiriyenko, Deputy Minister of Social Policy, Family, and Unity of Ukraine, visited Odesa.

The purpose of her visit was to familiarize herself with the work of local social services, particularly those that assist internally displaced persons (IDPs) and citizens impacted by the armed conflict.

During her time in the city, Tatiana Kiriyenko visited:

  • The Center for Social and Psychological Assistance for IDPs and individuals affected by the conflict, part of the Odesa City Council's social services;
  • The front office of the Integrated Social Services Center located at Kosivska, 2D;
  • The Rescue Assistance Center;
  • The “Veteran's One-Stop Shop” based at the Administrative Services Center;
  • Service Center No. 11 of the Main Department of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in the Odesa region.

During the visit, the focus was on coordinating actions and uniting efforts between the ministry and local authorities and partners to avoid duplication of assistance programs and ensure the most effective and comprehensive support for vulnerable populations.

Tatiana Kiriyenko emphasized the importance of ensuring the inclusion and accessibility of social services at all levels, which is a priority during wartime and post-war recovery.

Also participating in the meeting was Dmitry Radulov, Deputy Head of the Odesa Regional State (Military) Administration.

Odesa continues to be a city where people receive not only assistance but also warmth, support, and hope for the future.
