Psychological Support for Children Amid War

Rhythmic gymnastics holds a significant place among the youth of Odessa. Young girls are taught grace and elegance from an early age by skilled coaches from specialized sports schools.
Over 330 young athletes are involved in these institutions, with many achieving remarkable results in various competitions.
Odessa gymnasts performed excellently at the national rhythmic gymnastics tournament held from October 18-20, dedicated to the memory of coach L. V. Luk'yanchuk.
In the masters' category, Angelina Zhdanova from 'Chornomorets' won first place, while Valeria Kyrylova and Yuliya Bondarchuk from KDYUSSH No. 5 also achieved outstanding results.
The KDYUSSH No. 5 team earned 1 gold and 2 silver medals in group exercises, while the 'Chornomorets' team secured one gold medal.
The athletes were prepared by coaches Angela Vasylenko and Yana Chupryna.
In total, over 350 participants from Dnipro, Mykolaiv, Kharkiv, Cherkasy, Zaporizhzhia, and Odessa competed in 5 categories.
