New Horizons for Education in Odesa Region
According to Oleksandr Lonychak, the implementation of the 'Dream' project will be a significant step towards modernizing the educational system. This initiative not only introduces new technologies but also changes the approach to learning, making it more contemporary and accessible for all participants in the educational process.
Recently, the final online presentation of the 'Dream' platform took place for the heads of educational institutions in the Odesa region.
“Starting from September, all schools in the region will transition to the digital platform 'Dream', which will unite all participants in the educational process within a single electronic environment,” he noted.
Overview of the 'Dream' Platform
'Dream' is a free digital tool that integrates the main elements of school life: schedules, grades, homework, communication chats, achievement analytics, a library of educational materials, as well as useful tools for teachers and parents. This initiative is implemented by the Ministry of Digital Transformation and the Ministry of Education with the support of the Swiss-Ukrainian EGAP program.

Benefits of the 'Dream' Platform
For Students: the platform offers personalized learning opportunities, motivation through the internal currency 'DreamCoins', which can be exchanged for real rewards, as well as access to extracurricular activities. Students will receive electronic textbooks, personalized recommendations, and tasks, and will be able to watch educational videos.
For Teachers: 'Dream' simplifies routine tasks, allows for schedule creation, checks homework (including automated checking), maintains electronic journals, and enables communication with students and parents through secure chats. The platform also includes a large collection of ready-made tests, lessons, presentations, and educational materials.
For Parents: the platform provides transparent access to children's academic achievements, simplifies communication with educators, and assists in choosing extracurricular clubs.
Preparation for external independent testing (ZNO) and state certification: The platform includes specialized modules for preparing for state assessments, including testing and error analysis.
Currently, preparations for implementation are underway, including teacher training and technical connection of educational institutions.
'Dream' is developed at the national level and aims to cover all educational institutions in Ukraine by 2025, creating a unified, convenient, and accessible educational environment.
