In the evening of March 1st, the enemy launched a ballistic attack on Odessa. At 5:44 PM, an air raid alert was triggered in the city, and just 3 minutes later, a loud explosion was heard. This information was reported by the regional military administration.

Currently, it is known that the attack damaged port infrastructure and a civilian vessel flying the flag of the Republic of Panama, owned by a European company. Two port workers sustained injuries as a result of the explosion.

«All relevant services are working to mitigate the consequences, and medical personnel are providing necessary assistance to the victims,» said Oleg Kiper, the head of the regional military administration.
