A drone attack in the Izmail district of the Odesa region resulted in damage to a critical infrastructure facility.

According to Ukrinform, the Izmail District State Administration reported this on social media.

"In the night of July 16, the enemy launched kamikaze drones of the «Shahed» type at Izmail. As a result of the aerial assault, an infrastructure facility was hit, causing a fire. Emergency services are combating the flames," the report states.

Fortunately, there are no casualties.

As previously mentioned by Ukrinform, that night, Russian forces heavily attacked several regions of Ukraine. In Vinnytsia, there are already reports of eight injured due to drone strikes. In Kryvyi Rih, a 17-year-old boy was wounded in a combined attack, an industrial facility was destroyed, and part of the city is without electricity.
