In the early hours of September 10th, Russian forces targeted the Izmail district with drones.
The assault affected several warehouses and a utility building. Thankfully, there were no fatalities or injuries reported.
This was confirmed by the head of the regional military administration, Oleg Kiper.
All emergency services are currently on-site, assessing the damage and documenting yet another act of aggression by Russia against our region.
