In October, the Ministry of Finance executed interbudget transfers to local budgets amounting to 16.9 billion UAH, which represents 100% of the allocated funds for this month. This is reported by the Ministry of Finance on its official website.
"In October 2025, the Ministry of Finance, in accordance with budget legislation, transferred interbudget funds to the general fund of local budgets totaling 16.9 billion UAH, which is 100% of the allocated state budget funds for October," – states the announcement.
Specifically, the basic subsidy amounted to 2.1 billion UAH (100%), while additional subsidies totaled 1 billion UAH (100%).
As of November 1, 2025, the balances in local budget accounts and budget institutions for both general and special funds total 169.8 billion UAH, which is 49.2 billion UAH more than at the beginning of 2025.
"These resources enable local governments to continue funding urgent local needs," – noted the ministry.
