Employees of the Municipal Enterprise «City Roads» are consistently engaged in the maintenance of public transport stops. Daily acts of vandalism occur, such as broken benches, damaged trash bins, and shattered glass panels. Many of these damages result from traffic accidents.

Since the beginning of 2024, there have been 33 incidents of broken glass at bus stops, alongside 33 damaged benches, 85 trash bins, and 15 roofs. Additionally, workers are tasked with removing graffiti and posters from the stop walls.

The «City Roads» enterprise services a total of 1,012 public transport stops.

Specialists at the enterprise regularly conduct sanitation of adjacent areas, repair and restore bins, benches, and pavilions, as well as washing and painting them.

The Odesa City Council once again calls upon residents and visitors to treat city property with care. Intentional damage to municipal property is subject to legal consequences.

Article 194. Intentional destruction or damage to property
1. Intentional destruction or damage to another's property causing significant harm is punishable by a fine of up to fifty (850 UAH) non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens, or community service from one hundred twenty to two hundred forty hours, or corrective labor for up to two years, or restriction of liberty for up to three years, or imprisonment for the same term.

Article 296. Hooliganism
1. Hooliganism, which is a gross violation of public order motivated by clear disrespect for society, accompanied by exceptional audacity or cynicism, is punishable by a fine from five hundred (8500 UAH) to one thousand (17000 UAH) non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens, or detention for up to six months, or restriction of liberty for up to five years.
2. The same actions committed by a group of persons are punishable by restriction of liberty for up to five years or imprisonment for up to four years.
