Temporary Traffic Light Outage in Odessa
In Odessa, the traffic light at the intersection of Prosyolochna and Litakova streets is temporarily out of service due to power pole replacement.
A new section titled "Compensation for Reconstruction" has been introduced in the "Diia" application as part of the eRecovery program.
This was announced by the press service of "Diia".
"If your home has been destroyed due to military actions, you can build a new one on your own land with government compensation under the eRecovery program," the message states.
The service is available to those who lost their private homes due to military actions and have land to build a new one. Construction is only allowed on controlled territories where there are no active military operations.
To receive compensation:
1. Submit a compensation application through the Diia app or at the local administrative service center (CNAP). After review, you will be assigned a compensation amount that will appear in the app.
2. Register the commencement of construction works on the Diia portal or at CNAP.
3. After receiving compensation, cancel the ownership rights to the destroyed property.
4. Submit a payment request in the Diia app: Services → eRecovery → Compensation for Reconstruction.
You need to update your bank details and select the construction site according to the previously submitted commencement notification.
The payment is issued in two parts of 50%. The first part must be spent on 90% and confirmed in the "Diia". It must be used within 18 months, and both parts must be utilized within 36 months from the receipt of the first. Otherwise, the payment will be returned to the state.
Reminder:
Through the "Diia", you can submit a claim to the Register of Damages for compensation for emotional distress due to the loss of a close family member.
Ukrainians affected by Russian aggression since February 24, 2022, can now submit six additional categories of claims for compensation to the international Register of Damages via the "Diia".
The "Diia" app has also added an extract from the Register of Damaged and Destroyed Property regarding the fact of housing destruction or the submitted eRecovery application.
