Olis Launches New Grain Processing Plant in Estonia

The Ukrainian firm Olis has successfully designed and launched a new grain processing plant in Estonia for the local company Torvaaugu Mahe Talu (Leibre).

This was announced by Dmitry Kysilevsky, Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Economic Policy.

Ukrainian Olis has opened a grain processing facility in Estonia

“The plant operates on the advanced technology known as „Optymatic-H-24“, which involves the processing of buckwheat into grain kernels,” Kysilevsky reported. He noted that the production complex also includes aspiration systems, gravity transport, pneumatic transport, as well as all necessary electronics and automation.

Olis' technologists adapted the equipment to the architectural features of the Estonian facility and implemented multi-format packaging.

To finance the production equipment for this grain plant, Olis utilized the state program for accessible loans “5-7-9%”, Kysilevsky highlighted.

He also reminded that the Odessa-based company Olis manufactures over 200 types of equipment for the processing of grains into flour and cereals, as well as for grain cleaning and quality control. The company designs and installs grain processing plants with capacities ranging from 15 to 300 tons per day, with the cheapest grain workshop starting at 4 million UAH.

The export share of the company's sales is 25%, with a localization level of approximately 75%. The company employs 211 staff members.
