In collaboration with the Ministry of Development, the initiative «Barrier-Free Routes» is being implemented in Odesa, aimed at creating a comfortable and accessible urban environment for all citizens.

The Barrier-Free Council has initiated a comprehensive inspection of all tram routes in Odesa.

From April 23 to 25, the accessibility of public transport for all users is being assessed.

The expert group, together with specialists, is monitoring routes: #11, 13, 17, 18, 5, 10, and 28. Upcoming inspections include routes #21, 15, and 12.

During the inspections, the state of platforms, access to stops, and vehicle accessibility are being evaluated.

All data collected during the monitoring will be organized for the next meeting of the Barrier-Free Council.

The goal is not just to identify problems but to establish a clear mechanism for change.
