In Odesa's Peresyp district, a man detonated a grenade in the apartment of his friends. All involved were hospitalized with varying degrees of injuries.

On April 11, a significant incident took place in Peresyp. A powerful explosion was heard in a multi-story building.

According to the National Police, a friend visiting a couple residing in the building brought along a grenade. For unknown reasons, the man decided to experiment with the explosive and pulled the pin, which immediately caused the explosion. As a result, the apartment's windows shattered.

Miraculously, no one was killed, but all three individuals suffered injuries. The perpetrator sustained a leg injury and was taken to the hospital. The couple was also hospitalized, although their injuries were minor.

The police are interviewing witnesses and gathering evidence to investigate the circumstances of the incident.

Preliminary findings suggest that improper handling of explosives was the cause of the explosion.
