In Odesa, at the inclusive beach «Without Limits», the first national veteran sports event «On the Wave» was inaugurated by the head of the Odesa Regional State Administration Oleg Kiper and the President's Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets.

Over 100 veterans from across Ukraine gathered to test their abilities in four adaptive sports: wheelchair basketball, rowing on simulators, archery, and boccia.
