On October 25, 2025, students from Odesa Art School No. 4 successfully performed in the twin city of Regensburg (Federal Republic of Germany).

The concert was part of the celebrations marking the 35th anniversary of the sister-city relationship between Odesa and Regensburg, symbolizing friendship and mutual support between our cities.

Young musicians from Odesa performed alongside their peers from the Regensburg Singing and Music School, delighting the audience with a vibrant concert program.

The warm atmosphere, heartfelt applause, and mutual support reaffirmed that art knows no boundaries.

The Odesa City Council sincerely thanks the Mayor of Regensburg, Ms. Gertrud Maltz-Schwarzfischer, for the warm welcome, support for Ukrainian children, and ongoing attention to the development of sister-city relations.

Through such initiatives, we continue to strengthen the friendship that has united Odesa and Regensburg for over three decades.

We also extend our heartfelt thanks to our talented children and educators of Odesa Art School No. 4 for their brilliant performance, high professional training, and dignified representation of Odesa on the international stage.
