In Odesa, there is a women's career hub called «Hope». This project aims to assist women who have experienced domestic or gender-based violence in finding employment or starting their own businesses.    

By contacting the «Hope» hub, women can:

• schedule a free and confidential consultation with a career advisor for personalized job search support;    
• obtain a referral from the career advisor for an individual consultation with a psychologist to aid during job placement and adjustment at a new workplace;    
• participate in free professional courses that will equip them with new knowledge and skills, as well as training and webinars to enhance their professional and communication abilities.

«Hope» is a collaborative initiative of the Odesa City Council and the UN Population Fund in Ukraine.
