Oleg Kiper, the head of the Odesa Regional State Administration, along with Ukraine's Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba, the Foreign Ministers of Lithuania, Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, Albania, Slovenia, Moldova, Romania, and the Consuls of Greece and Turkey in Odesa, paid tribute to the memory of two men who lost their lives due to a Russian drone strike.

Oleg Kiper informed the diplomats about the crimes of the Russian Federation against our civilian population. The foreign representatives witnessed firsthand the devastation caused by Russian strikes on residential buildings, medical facilities, and film studios.
