The aquarium at Odessa Zoo will be closed for four days for maintenance work.
Odesa — a city that beautifully blends the cultures of various peoples.
The Moldovan community holds a significant place, showcasing its unique songs, dances, patterns, and warm hospitality.
On August 16, 2025, Odesa's City Garden hosted the Moldovan culture festival, a space for friendship and warmth.
Residents and visitors enjoyed performances by brass bands, soloists from the O. Salika Municipal Music Theatre, and ensembles such as «Barvinok», «Tineretza», «Ethnos», and the brass band «Good Evening».
For the young attendees, children's workshops were held, and everyone was invited to explore thematic photo zones for memorable snapshots.
Additionally, guests had the opportunity to admire traditional Moldovan costumes and ornaments.
This event was organized by the Department of International Cooperation, Culture and Marketing of the Odesa City Council and the O. Salika Municipal Music Theatre, with support from the All-Ukrainian National-Cultural Moldovan Association, which preserves the historical memory, culture, customs, and language of Moldovans in Ukraine, organizes festivals, publishes books, and fosters friendship between Ukraine and Moldova.
