New Medical Services for Veterans in Odesa
Odesa Primary Health Care Center No. 3 offers new free medical services for war veterans.
On the evening of February 28, the Odesa region was targeted by drone attacks from the Russian armed forces. The type and number of drones are currently being determined. The Odesa district was struck, resulting in the death of a man.
A 41-year-old man was killed, and three others were injured and taken to the hospital. The attack damaged a private home, a business, a sports facility, as well as passenger and cargo vehicles.
Investigation of the scene is ongoing, and a complete list of destruction and damage is being compiled. Prosecutors, in conjunction with other law enforcement agencies, are documenting the consequences of the armed aggression.
“Under the procedural guidance of the Odesa Regional Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation has been initiated regarding the commission of war crimes leading to the death of an individual (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). The investigation is being conducted by the Security Service of Ukraine in the Odesa region” – the statement reads.
